DonateEqual Play provides working parents access to flexible, professional co-working spaces with on-site childcare. Barriers to focus and productivity are greatly reduced while warm interactions with infants and young children are encouraged throughout the day.
Equal Play offers a calm, quiet working environment with full office amenities including conference rooms, private desks, and nursing/napping rooms with hospital-grade breast pumps.
Caregivers are recruited from local universities and have taken at least 12 units of Early Childhood Education. They are trained to provide positive discipline within a loving learning environment.
Equal Play understands how to set up working parents for success. Members meet and collaborate with other professionals in an economically and emotionally empowering environment.
